2. CZPT frame:
Design the wire drawing machine frame into the sturdy welded box form, all the raw material (such as steel plate, H-section steel, angle steel, etc. Surface corrosion depth <=0.3mm. CZPT base, countertop and vertical panel use thick hot rolled plate cavity, inside of them are fixed by the thick steel plate with reinforcement ribs. Steel plate and profile surface do the rust treatment, eliminate internal stress after welded, then mechanical processing, ensure the frame stability and rigidity, meet the high-speed drawing requirements, ensure that the equipment will not vibration under the high-speed drawing or heavy loading. The inlet, outlet drainage pipe, cables are installed in the internal rack of the machine.

3. Rolling cassette
The roller cassette is based on the principle of roll movement, while the traditional die is based on the sliding principle. Therefore, the friction of the rolling cassette is five times less than the die, and the same drawing effect can be achieved with a smaller drawing force.

(1) 6 Pieces eccentricity axis are oil cooling, and provide suitable lubrication for roller bearing.
(2) There are 6 pieces tungsten steel ring, size: 90mm*65mm*15mm
(3) Adjustment mode: Adjust the roundness and diameter of the wire by adjusting the toothed block and screw on the projector.
(4) Design the oil circulation cooling system, it can effectively provide internal lubrication effect of roller. 
(5) There is an independent control panel for operation under the capstan, panel with control valve, oil pressure display.

4. Direct drive transmission 
The wire drawing machine adopts the permanent magnet synchronous motor with direct drive transmission and the motor shares one same transmission shaft with the capstan, which abandons the traditional belt and reducer. After practice, it can save energy by about 20%; maintenance cost can be reduced by 40%; its floor space can be decreased by 35%. It uses rolling cassette drawing, whose friction can be reduced by nearly 5 times when compared with eye dies, so mechanical property has been improved a lot. This kind of drawing need no lubricant powder so as to save the cost and keep a clean production environment.

1. The whole brick machine production line equipment is mainly the full container sea shipping,

2. Brick machine equipments finish manufacturing and testing, next to clean up, and then do another paint protection,

3. Before shipment to use plastic film winding, wrapped the entire brick machine in case of water or moisture,

4. Then load brick machines into the container by forklift,

5. During loading to tighten the machine with reinforcement ring in container, so as to avoid the damage by transport bumps on the brick machine.
