Our processes include forging, die casting, lost wax casting, sand casting, CNC machining, polishing and plating.
We are good at the materials brass and copper, aluminum and casting iron.
We can make for machinery parts,electrical and eletronic instrument equipments,valve bodies,pumb seat and housing,motor housing and end cover,door and window hardware,furniture metal parts,construction and decoration metal parts,lighting lamp brass parts,brass lock parts and so on.
We can arrange production according to CZPT er’s drawings or samples.
OEM and ODM is welcome.
Process: Forging or CZPT (Inculding Lost Wax CZPT , Sand CZPT , Die CZPT ), Stamping, CNC machining, Polishing, Plating or as request.
Part weight range: 10g – 25kg / piece.
Material: Brass such as C3600, CW318 and etc.
Finish: Polishing, Plating, Spray lacquer or powder coating or As required.
Package: plastic bag + carton box.

Q: When did your company start to manufacture the products?
A: We started from the year of 2000.
Q: How to get the quote ?
A: Please send your designs or drawings to us by email,and tell us the material, surface treatment and quantities, then we will quote to you within 4-8 hours.
Q: What type file of drawing could you use ?
A: The PDF,DWG, DXF, STP, CZPT , IGS, SLDPRT, SLDDRW, PRT, DRW, X_T, etc… is OK.
Q. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples .
Q:Can I make my own logo for the products ?
A:Yes, your logo can add on the products.
Q: Can I order just one or two pcs for testing?
A: Yes, of course.
Q: How CZPT is your delivery time?
A: Generally 30-40 days for the first order and mould, 25-30 days for the re-order. Depends on the order quantities and product process.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30%-50% T/T in CZPT ,balance before shippment.
